Your WEAPONS card
Coming soon. Concept mock-ups with sample content
A living picture of how you are doing
Your card shows six areas of life, Emotional, Awareness, Physical, Outer, Network and Spiritual, with Wellness as the overall measure. It starts from the WEAPONS self-assessment, then moves as you use the app, so it reflects your real weeks and not one day's answers.
- Starts from the free WEAPONS self-assessment
- Updates from your journal and your connection with your coach and Bravo
- Shows you where to put your effort next

Total Veteran events by country and region
Choose your country and region and see what is on. The list includes Total Veteran events and events or groups run by affiliated businesses and organisations, so you can find your people in person and online, in the UK and the US.
- Filter by country, region or online
- Total Veteran events and affiliated group events in one list
- Bring a Bravo or a friend along

Your PMA at the centre
Your Personal Mission Architecture holds your mission, your priorities and the structure that supports them. You write it with your coach, and the rest of the app is built around it.
- A written mission and priorities you own
- Weekly and daily structure that supports them
- Reviewed with your coach as your life changes
- Daily movement and sleep
- Finish my qualification
- Weekly time with family
- Mon, Wed: study blocks
- Fri: Bravo call
- Sun: weekly review

A day built from your mission
The plan of the day turns your PMA into a realistic schedule. It is designed to line up with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar and other calendars, so your commitments and your priorities sit in one view.
- Built from your PMA priorities
- Designed to sync with Google, Apple and other calendars
- Keeps structure in your day when work no longer provides it

Speak it. It feeds your card.
Record a journal entry by voice and the app transcribes it. The themes in what you say update your WEAPONS card, so your card reflects how you are doing in your own words.
- Voice entries transcribed for you
- Themes feed the areas of your card
- Your Bravo sees your card, not your journal
Slept better this week. Still finding the afternoons hard when I have no plan. The run helped.

Stay in touch with your coach and Bravo
The comms centre keeps your coach and your Bravo, your peer co-counsellor, in one place. The pattern of that contact is coded and feeds the Network area of your card, so staying connected counts as progress.
- Messages with your coach and your Bravo in one place
- Contact is coded and feeds your Network area
- Built for steady contact, not constant notifications
How did the week go against your plan?
Better. Study blocks held three days.
Free for our Friday call?
Yes, 6pm works.

A message board for the whole network
Community links you to the Total Veteran message board. Ask questions, share what is working and meet UK and US veterans and ex-forces who have made the crossing.
- Boards for UK, US, study, work and family
- Meet the wider network beyond your own cohort
- Moderated for respect and safety

How the app connects you
The app links the people and places of the Total Veteran Network, so you are never working through the crossing alone.
One-to-one support
Your coach works with you on your PMA and sees how your card moves. You stay in touch through the comms centre.
Your peer
Your Bravo is a fellow veteran you are paired with for mutual support. Your Bravo sees your wellness card, not your journal.
Meet in person
Find Total Veteran and affiliated events in your country and region, and bring your Bravo.
The wider network
Use the message board to meet UK and US veterans, ex-forces and the professionals who work with them.
Questions about the app
What is the Total Veteran app?
The Total Veteran app is the digital home of the Total Veteran Network. It brings together your WEAPONS card, your Personal Mission Architecture, a plan for each day, a voice journal, messages with your coach and Bravo, events near you and a community board for UK and US veterans and ex-forces.
Is the app available now?
The app is in development. The screens on this page are concept mock-ups with sample content, not screenshots of a finished product. Register your interest below and we will tell you first when testing opens.
What is the WEAPONS card?
Your WEAPONS card is a living picture of how you are doing across six areas of life: Emotional, Awareness, Physical, Outer, Network and Spiritual, with Wellness as the overall measure. It starts from the WEAPONS self-assessment and updates as you use the app.
What is a Personal Mission Architecture?
A Personal Mission Architecture, or PMA, is a written plan for the next chapter of your life: your mission, your priorities and the structure that supports them. In the app your PMA sits at the centre and your daily plan is built from it.
How does the plan of the day work?
The plan of the day turns your PMA into a realistic schedule. It is designed to line up with your Google Calendar, Apple Calendar and other calendars, so your plan and your commitments sit in one place.
How does the journal feed my card?
You can speak a journal entry and the app transcribes it. The themes in what you write are used to update your WEAPONS card, so your card reflects how you are actually doing and not only how you scored on one day.
Who can see my journal?
Your journal is yours. Your Bravo sees your wellness card, not your journal entries. Final privacy settings will be published before the app opens for testing.
What is the comms centre?
The comms centre keeps you in contact with your coach and your Bravo, your peer co-counsellor, in one place. The pattern of that contact is coded and feeds the Network area of your card, so staying connected is recognised in your progress.
How do I find events through the app?
The events section lists Total Veteran events by country and region, including events and groups run by affiliated businesses and organisations. You choose your country and region and see what is on near you or online.
What is the community board?
Community links you to the Total Veteran message board, where UK and US veterans and ex-forces can ask questions, share what is working and meet others who have made the crossing.
Is the app therapy?
No. The app supports goals, identity, structure and connection. It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you are in crisis in the UK, call 999 or Samaritans on 116 123. In the US, call or text 988 and press 1 for the Veterans Crisis Line.
How much will it cost?
Pricing is not set. Register your interest and we will share costs before anything is charged.
Who is building it?
The app is built for Total Veteran Ltd by a small development team and grounded in the doctoral research of Dr Carlos M. Callirgos.
